program work?

By enrolling in Personalized Digital Wellness Plan program, individual attention is given to help you improve your digital habits. 

Session 1: Discovering Blind Spots + What Drains You 

Using both a written assessment and conversation, we pinpoint the biggest areas cell phone use is impacting. 

Session 2: Designing Your Plan

After the first session, a curated PDF designed specifically for you is emailed. You will be asked to implement the plan before the second session. 

Session 3: Guidance, Support, and Accountability

At your final session, we talk through what's working, what's not working, and how we can make it work. Throughout your plan, you will receive encouragement and support to ensure success. You are not on this journey alone. You can do this.

Hi, I’m Ashley René, founder of Presence Over Pixels.

I started POP after realizing just how much our screens were stealing. I could see how screen time was quietly reshaping my family dynamics, my community, and society overall.

Now I help individuals, families, and organizations create healthier digital habits with technology. My approach blends evidence-based research with systems I’ve created through hands-on experience, giving strategies that are both grounded and proven to work in real life.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to attend all 3 sessions?

Yes, the plan is structured to build on each session. We recommend spreading the sessions out over the course of 30 days to support building new habits.

What if I decide I need more than 3 sessions? 

After you complete the program, you can maintain support by purchasing additional single sessions or another 3-session package.  Purchasing another 3-session package would not restart your progress.

What happens during the session?

Each session is guided by the written assessments completed prior to the session. This will help us stay focused so we can maximize our time together. Of course, if there is something specific you would like to address, we will make time to address it. 

Is this really personalized to me?

Yes! This isn’t a cookie-cutter experience. It’s a private conversation based on your habits, routines, and challenges. The strategies I share will be tailored to your life.

How do I join the session?

All sessions are held virtually via video call. Once you sign up, you’ll get a link to schedule your time. If you’re within 50 miles of St. Louis and want an in-home session later, that option is available in the full program.

Do I need to prepare anything before the session?

Before each session you will be asked to complete a brief assessment. The assessments are reviewed before your session, so our time together is maximized.

What if I can’t make my scheduled time?

Life happens. You can reschedule easily through the scheduling link you receive after purchase. We do ask that all reschedules be completed at least an hour before your session. Three late reschedules will result in a session being cancelled, without refund.
