Log off. Look up. Connect.

Technology isn't the enemy; it's how we use it. When we prioritize technology over real life, we risk losing touch with what truly matters—human connection.

Presence Over Pixels empowers individuals and organizations to embrace real-life interactions and experiences. We share a love for technology, but we believe in making presence a priority so you don’t miss the meaningful moments life has to offer.

COURSES

Learn How to Connect

Addiction to our devices has shortened our attention span and rewired how we view the world and connect in real life. Our courses teach you how to manage your relationship with your device, how to connect with others (and yourself) on a deeper level, and more.

Connection is why we're here; it is what gives purpose and meaning in our lives."

5-Presence Zones

Cell phones are amazing tools, but they can also be annoyingly invasive. Have one of your "Presence Zones" been hijacked by your cell phone?

Mental Health

When we spend more time on screens, our self-esteem, life satisfaction, and happiness decrease, especially when more time is spent on social media.

Physical Health

Eye strain, sleep disruption, hearing loss, and musculoskeletal disorders are just a few of the health issues excessive cell phone use can cause.

Personal Relationships

If not careful, excessive cell phone use can negatively impact relationships, with 70% of married women reporting cell phones interfered with their relationship.

Personal Responsibilities

Notifications from our cell phones interrupt our workflow, but most people don't even need a notification to prompt them to pick up their cell phone.

Self-Care

Without proper boundaries, our cell phones can intrude multiple parts of our lives. Mindlessly using our cell phones can negatively impact our ability to take care of ourselves.
